📦 Winner Notification & Shipping Information

✅ The winners will be contacted individually via DM on Monday. Please check your DMs and reply within the requested period to claim your prize!

 

Each winner will receive an individual DM on Monday, July 20, from the official BYIT KPOP Instagram account, @byit_kpop.

Please make sure your Instagram DMs are open so that we can confirm your shipping information.

The prize will be the official light stick of the artist you mentioned in your event comment. If you would prefer a different artist’s light stick, please let us know when replying to our winner notification DM. We will confirm whether the change is possible depending on product availability.

Winners must respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification DM. If no response is received within this period, the prize may be cancelled or reassigned to another participant.

Due to logistics or shipping restrictions, delivery may not be available in certain countries or regions. In such cases, the prize may be cancelled.

Tracking information will be provided individually once the prize has been shipped.
