Important Notice for Spain and EU Customers

Food, beverages, cosmetics, and skincare products may be delayed, restricted, rejected, returned, or disposed of by local customs depending on each country’s import regulations.

Before ordering, customers are responsible for checking whether the product can be legally imported into their country for personal use.

BYIT KPOP is not responsible for delays, rejection, return, disposal, customs refusal, or additional charges caused by local import restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect contact information, or failure to respond to courier/customs requests.

If a package is returned due to customs rejection, unpaid customs charges, refusal of customs clearance, incorrect contact information, or failure to respond to the courier/customs office, the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs handling fee, and other non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund.
