Notice Regarding the New EU Customs Policy and Customs Duties Upon Receipt

As of July 1, 2026, revised European Union regulations on customs duties for low-value imported goods have taken effect. Accordingly, the customs duty exemption threshold for all goods imported into Europe from outside the EU has changed.

Previously, low-value orders with a product value of less than €150 were exempt from customs duties. However, under the revised policy, this exemption has been abolished, and customs duties will now be imposed on all imported goods regardless of the purchase amount.

As a result, orders shipped to Europe may be subject to customs duties during local customs clearance. If the required customs duties are not paid, delivery may be delayed or the customer may be unable to receive the package. We are providing this notice in advance to help prevent any inconvenience when using our service.

Key Information

Effective Date: Applies to shipments cleared by local customs on or after July 1, 2026
Applicable Region: All European Union member states
Change: Customs duties will also apply to orders valued at less than €150, as the low-value goods exemption has been abolished
Please Note: Customers may receive a separate customs payment notice from the local customs authority or shipping carrier. Failure to pay the required customs duties may result in delayed delivery or difficulty receiving the package.

Customers in Europe who use our shop are kindly advised to review the updated customs policy carefully before placing future orders to avoid any inconvenience.

We will continue to do our best to provide stable and reliable shipping services.

Thank you.
