🇪🇺 EU Orders – VAT & Customs Information

As of July 1, 2026, revised European Union regulations on customs duties for low-value imported goods have taken effect. Accordingly, the customs duty exemption threshold for all goods imported into EU countries from outside the EU has changed.

Previously, low-value orders with a product value of less than €150 were exempt from customs duties. However, under the revised policy, this exemption has been abolished, and customs duties may now be imposed on all imported goods regardless of the purchase amount.

For orders shipped to EU countries, Value Added Tax (VAT) also applies in accordance with the tax regulations of the destination country. VAT may be charged separately during customs clearance by the local customs authority or the shipping carrier.

Additionally, customs duties or carrier handling fees (if applicable) may also be imposed separately depending on the regulations of the destination country. If the required customs duties or taxes are not paid, delivery may be delayed or the package may not be successfully received.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we source the products directly from our suppliers.

2. Processing Time

For in-stock items, orders placed before 10 AM (KST) will be processed and shipped on the same day. The average processing time is approximately 4-10 business days. However, this may be slightly longer depending on the item's availability, the time of year, or public holidays. Some orders may take 5-10 business days to process.

If you order more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item that takes the longest to secure. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like supply issues or shipping delays can extend this period.

3. Shipping

All items in your order will be shipped together once they are all ready. The delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

1. International Shipping

• Express Shipping (DHL): Takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Shipping (EFS): Takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
• Note: Delays may occur due to traffic, customs, or other international circumstances.

2. Address Changes&Undelivered Packages

• You cannot change your address after an order has been shipped.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned or discarded. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be responsible for any additional costs.

  For shipments to Mexico via DHL, local customs regulations require the recipient to personally submit their TAX ID (RFC) through the customs information submission link sent by DHL in order for customs clearance and delivery to proceed.
  
  Even if the TAX ID (RFC) is provided at checkout, recipient-side submission through the DHL link is mandatory.
  If the required information is not submitted within the given timeframe, the shipment may be held, delayed, or returned by customs, and the customer will be responsible for any resulting delays, returns, or additional costs.

• All orders are shipped from South Korea. Product prices do not include customs duties or taxes.
• The customer is responsible for all local taxes and customs fees in the destination country.
• If a package is held or returned by customs due to unpaid fees or a failed clearance, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be responsible for any additional costs.
